Project Description
This project was a new development of a 12.5 acre parcel in the west side of Oakville. It consisted of 2 buildings: – 67,000 sqft industrial/commercial warehouse set up for 4 tenants – 210,000 sqft warehouse with the possibility of a sole tenant or up to 3 tenants.
