This gives ARK MANAGEMENT LTD. and the ARK TEAM (PM, SS) the needed authority on design and construction processes, as well as on scheduling and costs. It creates a smooth transition between owners’ requirements and the final product. As a construction management firm with a consulting background, we can manage the full phasing of the project from due diligence, planning and initiation, document procurement (specifications and drawings), plan execution, construction monitoring and control procedures right through to closeout.
