Depending on the project’s requirements, we provide these services for a percentage of the total construction cost, or on an agreed-to fixed fee.

This, in turn, gives ARK MANAGEMENT LTD. and the ARK TEAM (PM, SS) the needed authority on design and construction processes, as well as on scheduling and costs. It creates a smooth transition between owners’ requirements and the final product.
As a construction management firm with a consulting background we can manage the full phasing of the project from due diligence, planning and initiation, document procurement (specifications and drawings), plan execution, construction monitoring and control procedures right through to closeout.

Our process begins with creating the right plan for your project and includes a rigorous execution path with detailed timelines carefully mapped with every stakeholder. Over the past 20 years, we have built over 7 million sqft of construction in the GTA and abroad, with a project cost of approximately
